Contact us 24 hours a day. If we can’t fix it over the phone, we will send a team to you.
Priority IT Works charges a flat fee of $100 per hour.
Also, we only charge for the time you use. We bill 30 minutes up front and then in 15 minute increments after that.
No Contract Needed
If you have a problem now, why waste time setting up a contractual agreement?
We don’t setup contracts for break/fix support unless the client wants one. You just call us, we fix your problem, then we bill you. It’s that simple.

Long Term Support
If you’d like to be prepared for the future, we offer monthly agreements for break/fix support. This can save you up to 50% over our hourly option.
